Love Your Feet

Think about your feet.

After a long confined winter,

walking in boots not made for walking

just keeping dry

they can–

Wake up with a self- feet massage.

Each toe twist to the left,

then right;

then scissor stretch with each two adjacent toes.

Gently pull each toe.

From underside, lace a finger between each toe.

Stretch in, stretch out.

Knead the feet like dough.

Then gently twist length of foot.

Notice how the color of the first foot

differs from the second foot.

That is circulation and affection.

Our feet are what helps ground us.
