When feeling overwhelmed,
I find that looking ahead is only helpful
when it comes to making sure that
I have enough pany hose without runs.
Otherwise, I cope in the moment better
if I don’t worry about the future,
Breathe.
Relax!
To-do lists. Planning ahead. Admonitions to be organized. For me, the most helpful way to live is to prepare for the basics and then let go and live in the moment. Energy directed to worrying about what might happen depletes reserves for the future.
